ABOUT FATKIN

Fatkin is a young and enthusiastic architectural practice founded in 2014, specialising in infrastructure, healthcare, science and housing. Our head office is based in Shepherd’s Bush, west London, with another office in Cardiff and further staff in Bristol, Brighton and Worthing.  We work with a broad range of clients including public sector organisations, private sector developers, domestic clients, consultants and contractors.

OUR SERVICES

We offer architectural and interior design services from RIBA work stages 0-7 and have extensive experience of everything from concept and feasibility through to delivery, handover and post-occupation evaluation. We also offer planning services in-house and can prepare and submit planning applications, pre-app enquiries, design review panel presentations, public consultation and committee representations. Typical project values range from £250k to £25m and upwards.

We are happy to take on a lead consultant role or work as part of a wider design team. We can also assemble a multi-disciplinary team where needed, based on tried and tested relationships.

The practice holds Constructionline Silver membership and is working towards ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Our whole team are trained in BIM to Level 2+ and we design and collaborate in 3D from the outset of every project, alongside sketching, physical modelling, 3D printing and visualisations.

WORKING WITH FATKIN

We are proud to have many staff who work flexibly. We have people who work part time, people in remote locations, people with varied start/finish times to fit around personal responsibilities, and some who do a combination of all of the above. This has given us a diverse team throughout all levels of the practice.
