Fatkin carried out a feasibility review of a site in West London near Hammersmith. The previous building on the site was most likely a three storey building with a commercial/retail unit on the ground floor and two floors of accommodation above. Historic maps and WW2 bomb records indicate that the building was damaged by a high explosive bomb.

Fatkin tested a range of options but identified that the small restrictive site meant that three commercial floors was considered the best option, with a gross internal area of 25 sqm per floor.
