Contemporary extension and alterations to a Grade II listed pub in St Ive, Cornwall. The 16th century roadside inn has been closed for several years and is in a state of disrepair.

The proposal includes the addition of letting rooms and an extended dining area, alongside a new detached unit containing two residential flats and retail units.

A full building conditions survey and heritage impact assessment were undertaken in-house and planning permission was achieved for a mixed-use redevelopment scheme including a major contemporary extension to the historic building and the construction of new-build commercial units in the former car park.
