Architectural design of a detached four-bedroom house to provide a new family home in Chapel, Launceston. The building utilises a muted palette of materials including white render, Cornish walling stone, composite cladding board and natural slate.

The positioning and orientation were considered with regard for their impact on the future new houses surrounding the property. The proposal includes generous front and rear garden space, along with turning areas and integral garage.

The solar orientation of the building was considered in order to maximise the sustainability and reduce the ongoing energy requirements of the house.
