Fatkin was instructed to develop a feasibility study for a new Mobility Hub on a major regeneration site in North London, as part of a wider masterplan. Early engagement with the local Highways Authority and conversations with the potential tenant for the lower floors of the building helped push the boundary and potential of the site to better meet the client’s requirements.

Through multiple design team and client meetings, Fatkin completed a detailed feasibility study proposing different achievable car park layouts and possible access and egress strategies acknowledging the flexible on-going requirements, including consideration of potential phasing of the works. We were also asked to explore the incorporation of a broad range of functions ranging from drone logistics through to dark kitchens, automotive services and active travel facilities.
