A new-build MSCP providing additional and improved parking for staff at Warwick Hospital on an existing surface car park. It is located partly within a Conservation Area on the edge of the Grand Union Canal, a short walk from the main hospital site within an area of light industrial sheds and warehousing.

The location on the edge of the Canal, opposite a public open space, means that the design of the façade is particularly sensitive and the cladding solution is designed to minimise light spill that could negatively impact on the ecology of the canal, including protected bat foraging routes.

The scheme includes elements of a living wall and landscaping at ground level in order to soften the north elevation addressing the canal, and providing some ecological improvements on the existing surface car park. The architectural form of the gable ends reflects the historic canalside language of warehouses and the contemporary industrial buildings.
