Fatkin prepared a competition entry for a new visitor centre on the edge of Ludlow, providing a new educational and visitor facility for the Severn Rivers Trust.

The proposed visitor centre was lifted above the floodplain on stilts, with spaces for the public to visit, school groups to use for educational visits, and staff facilities.
