Comprehensive remodelling of an existing 1990s property to update its appearance and improve the living space for the client’s family. The project includes the conversion of loft space with the inclusion of a new dormer window to take advantage of the picturesque coastal views of Lyme Bay. The south facing façade is further improved by extending the existing balcony and by adding pre-weathered pigmented zinc panels. uPVC windows and doors are replaced with a complementary, marine grade, powder coated light grey frame glazing system.

The improved external aesthetics are designed to enhance the appearance of the property, increase natural daylight, and provide further glazing to enjoy the coastal views.
